Presentations, Data & Prompt Libraries

Turn prompting into output: a full presentation built in minutes, a spreadsheet read and charted with AI, and a personal prompt library shaped around the work your department actually does.

Wednesday 2 September 2026 09:00 – 13:00 CODED Campus, Kuwait

Day brief

Day 1 taught you to ask. Day 2 turns that into deliverables. You'll turn yesterday's quarterly report into a complete presentation twice from one prompt — first in Claude Design, then in Gamma — and judge both honestly: what each did well, where each fell short, and when PowerPoint is still the right answer. After that, data: what AI can genuinely do with a spreadsheet, what it cannot be trusted with, and two full use cases from the workbook — Finance monthly performance and Facilities logs-to-report. We finish with HR screening support and the prompt library you'll keep using, mapped to HR, Finance, Operations and Communications.

Run of show

A guide, not a script — timings flex to the room.

The two-to-three-hour deck problem, the tool landscape (Claude Design, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, Canva AI), and live demos of both tools we use. Labs D2.1 & D2.2 — the quarterly report becomes a deck in Claude Design, then the same prompt runs again in Gamma.

  4. 3
    Session 3 — Data analysis with AI10:55
What AI handles well — cleaning, statistics, patterns, visualisations — and what it cannot be trusted with, plus the AI-and-Excel hybrid workflow. Labs D2.3 & D2.4 — Finance monthly performance, then Facilities logs-to-report, both from the workbook.
  5. Break11:55
  6. 4
    Session 4 — Best practices, libraries & your department12:05
What makes a saved prompt worth keeping, and where this lands in HR, Finance, Operations and Comms. Lab D2.5 — HR screening support — then Lab D2.6: build the prompt library you keep.
