One scenario, one dataset, one team. Produce a complete implementation package using everything from the first two days — then stand up and present it.
Thursday 3 September 2026 09:00 – 13:00 CODED Campus, Kuwait
Day brief
No new tools today. You get a scenario and a dataset, assign roles, plan the workflow, and build a real implementation package: a one-page executive briefing, a five-to-six slide stakeholder presentation in Gamma, a data analysis with two to three visualisations and written insights, and a communication package with a reusable template set. Each team then presents for nine to ten minutes and takes questions. The point is not a perfect deliverable — it is proving to yourself that the workflow holds up under a deadline.

3
Build block 2 — Visualisations & comms10:40
Deliverable 3: choose the insights that matter, build two to three charts, write the summaries, and drop them into the deck. Deliverable 4: internal email, public FAQ, one-page fact sheet, three reusable prompt templates.

Rehearse11:40
Assemble the package, run the presentation once end to end, and cut whatever does not earn its place.
